I think this is fake because that is the caveman (very talented John Lehr) and he is a master of funny.
In the video you hear someone say “does anyone know the heimlich?” Every choking story I have ever heard has people who stand around and ask if anybody knows what to do.
Doing the heimlich isn’t like doing a heart transplant. It’s all trial and error. Get behind them and pump away until the food comes up or they die. Standing with your thumb up your ass does no good.
